So what do you think the new book, Inheritance is going to be about?
I think the sword Zar'roc is the inheritance, maybe...
Any ideas? [/sup]

Well, that's what you'd think from the end of the second book.
I think it will obviously come down to a play-off between Eragon and Galbatorix, and I guess I'd assume Eragon will win. But I think that it will be interesting to see how Murtagh fits into it. Do you think that the third dragon egg will hatch for Arya?
Also, slightly off-topic, but did anyone else notice the excessive number of times references to beards were made in the second book? There were frequent references to manly stubble and thick beards... ;D

About third book, I believe he might be using Empire as the title. It is also supposed to be green, if you hadn't noticed that. I think it might be possible for Arya, but I'm not sure. I think its probably going to be a female rider, but...
About the beards, in medival times, it was believe that you were a grown "Man" or something, if you had a beard. But then Elves don't grow hair, like anywhere but their head and eyebrows. The description it gave about (I forget his name) was a bit weird...

Ah, so there is some reason behind the beardliness!
I think the egg will hatch for Arya, because there's no other way she'll get together with Eragon, which is blatantly going to be the outcome of it all (based on Angela's prphecy). Was she in love with that guard who was killed in the prologue of the first book? That's how it came across to me.

Oh, I thought it was called Inheritance. Well, I'm stupid, Lol XD.
Interesting thoughts..and yes, I agree with the new rider being female and what-not. It'll just be un-fair any other way, especially for us females out there XD Lol.
And yeah...Angela's Prophecy...Arya has to be his ... uh, Girlfriend, I think, unless he meets more royalty.. Maybe Galbatorix has a daughter..?
And beards..Hah. Lol XD. Beards...>< [/sup]

I agree that Arya will become the other Dragon Rider because I mean who else is it going to be? The only other person I could think of would be Katrina. And presently she is being held by the Ra'zac... Right?
What do you guys think of the dream Eragon had in the begining of book one? Two dragons were in the sky and one person is on the shore while two people are boarding boats... Remember what Angela said about him leaving Alageasia forever? Who else is with him? Maybe Arya... We can only hope.

If it was katrina Roran would be pretty messed up. With Eragon and his fiance' riders. Uhuh . stressed. But it's a good point that katrina may become a dragon rider . With the unexpectedness off it all.... What dream ? Did I mis somthing? oh no * goes to frantically read Eragon ...Again* hehe

Ok, it doesn't have to be Arya, it could be Nasuada as well. Nasuada is of noble birth as well, so yea. But, I think Arya is the one. Unless CP adds another character in Empire that is a girl and of noble birth.((OO and Vrael, his name is Oromis.))
About the dream, it could be any number of people who go. We can't assume that Arya would leave her whole life, people, and duties behind. She seems like a 'work before pleasure' person, so unless she really does fall in love with Eragon, I doubt it's her. And how come none of yall mention Elva? What's up with that? Personally, I think the reason that Elva is in the book is because Eragon gets the chance to kill Galbatorix or someone evil, but Elva jumps in front, with her having to do that and all.
Okay, and how about Murtagh? What do you guys think is gonna happen to poor Murtagh, forced to try and kill Eragon?

Ok, I still don't know what dream it is either. Buut, with the whole thing, I'm not sure. Murtagh, I think, will die or have Eragon do something about the bonds he made in the ancient language and become good again.. or something, mebbe.

Well, if Eragon kills Galbatorix then surely that would release Murtagh from his oaths?
Nasuada was the only other peson that Eragon could fall in love with. Although I suspect he will end up with Arya, what with the whole him being healed from a cripple and him looking "too fair for any human and more rugged than any elf", things just seem to work out for him. Sorry, I just really hate how CP decided to make him suddenly healed and beautiful and all. I thought it was a much more original idea for him to be a cripple, or to find some way to deal with the pain of being crippled.
Anyway, back to the Arya thing - it would be cool if Katrina was the dragon rider. But two people from Carvahall would seem quite unlikely.

I personally think it might be Elva...The little girl with the silver igsignia on her forehead. No one has mentioned her. Remember people, Galobatrix has to find so his egg can hatch..Think out the box...I really want it to be a female rider period.
The other thing, about Eragon leaving Alegaesia, one of the dragons in his dream has to be Saphira, unless she has gotten killed by then...

I think Ayra and Eragon will get together, yeah, but the Last Rider is likely to be Roran. It would fit the story so far. Three males? Will he really change that? And was it totally needed to introduce Roran back into the story? It was friggen' half the book! But hey, it might be Elva or Ayra. I'm just saying my opinion.
